Where we ship

We currently deliver across the United States and the European Union, with more regions coming soon.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on all orders over €49.
• Orders under €49: a small flat rate calculated at checkout.

Processing & delivery times

• Processing: 1–2 business days for quality checks and careful packing.
• Delivery: typically 5–7 business days once your order ships.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link the moment your order ships, and you can follow it anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authorities. Where applicable, these are the responsibility of the customer.
