Returns & Exchanges
Your happiness is our priority. If your SCULVI isn't the perfect fit, we're here to make it right — with our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
1. The 30-Day Return Window
- Returns: you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Cancellations: we offer a full refund if your order hasn't yet shipped. Once it's on its way, it follows our standard return process below.
2. Condition of Items
To keep things hygienic for everyone, items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from odours, stains or marks.
- All original tags and packaging intact.
3. How to Start Your Return
- Email us at support@sculvi.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with simple return instructions and the return address.
- Pack it up securely in the original packaging.
- Refund: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method — please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process it.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? No problem — follow the steps above and we'll ship your new selection as soon as your original item is inspected.
5. Return Shipping
- Our mistake: if you received a damaged or incorrect item, we cover 100% of the return shipping.
- Change of mind / wrong size: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- No restocking fees, ever. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Quality is our promise. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@sculvi.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll rush a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking says "delivered" but you can't find your parcel, contact us — we'll help you work with the carrier to resolve it.
8. Still Waiting on a Refund?
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card company — it can take a few days for a refund to officially post.
